Engineering Leader for Industrial Automation

Role Overview: As the Engineering Leader at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for driving innovation, strategy, and execution within the Industrial Automation accounts. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge automation solutions, fostering technology adoption across industries, and enhancing overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Strategy: Lead the development and deployment of advanced industrial automation solutions, including robotics, PLCs, SCADA, MES, and IIoT platforms to align with customer goals. - Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their requirements, addressing challenges, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customized digital solutions. - Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of engagements, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation or project management are a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in industrial automation, IIOT, or related fields. Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation systems in manufacturing or process industries. - Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of industrial automation tools and technologies (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Schneider).
