This is a hands-on leadership role where youll act as a Technical Manager, support and grow a small team of engineers, make key architectural decisions, and ensure we deliver secure, scalable, and reliable products. ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers working on decentralized applications, smart contracts, and supporting infrastructureAct as Technical Manager: oversee technical execution, manage engineering priorities, and provide direction on architecture and designCollaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure effective sprint planning, ceremonies, and delivery processesWork closely with product, design, and leadership to define technical priorities and align engineering work with business goalsOversee architecture, code quality, and security best practices for Web3 systemsContribute to coding, code reviews, and technical design discussionsEnsure efficient development processes, including CI\/CD, testing, and documentationStay current with developments in web3\/blockchain, layer 2 solutions, and decentralized protocols, and evaluate new technologies for potential adoptionRequirementsStrong background in software engineering with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial roleProven experience building and shipping distributed systems or Web3 products (e.g., smart contracts, dApps, wallets, or related infrastructure)Solid knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum or similar platforms, and smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, or similar)Proficiency in modern backend and frontend frameworks (Node.js, React, or equivalent)Understanding of security concerns specific to decentralized applicationsExperience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Scrum Masters or delivery managersExcellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsA unique opportunity to be a part of the worldleading DLT ecosystemSignificant careergrowth potential in a fast-growing sectorOpportunity to shape and grow a new entity from day oneWork directly with a visionary international leadership teamHigh-impact, high-visibility role with real growth potentialFlexible working hours ","
