We’re looking for a passionate Engineering Lead - Quality Assurance to drive the development of robust testing strategies and automation frameworks. You’ll lead a talented team, tackle complex QA challenges, and ensure engineering excellence to deliver high-quality products that support our growth.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve customer experience across Pluang’s web and mobile apps in an Agile environment.
  • Lead test planning, define methods, create test scripts, and ensure software meets requirements through automation and manual testing.
  • Take ownership of product quality, identify bugs, develop automation scripts, and continuously knowledge, driving impactful product improvements..

What We're Looking For

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance Pluang’s web and mobile apps, driving seamless user experiences across platforms.
  • Own the QA process, from planning and executing test activities to developing automation and manual test scripts for high-quality software delivery.
  • Drive quality improvements, streamline processes, and leverage automation to optimize testing efficiency while identifying and resolving bugs.
  • Work in an Agile environment, continuously learning and applying your expertise to shape product success and contribute to Pluang’s growth.
