As a part of the Acquisition Experience team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing platforms and services for new products aimed at the next generation of customers across market segments. Your responsibilities will include structuring the team optimally, determining roles and responsibilities, enhancing Agile working practices, and leading application and product roadmaps. Your role as a Director will involve forming strong partnerships within the team and with the Product Owner, while also overseeing the performance management of the engineering team members. Your purpose will be to lead the development of next-generation distributed platforms, aligning resources with business growth, improving product quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive necessary changes, prioritize and execute development schedules, communicate strategy direction to senior leaders, and work with technology stacks like Java, ReactJS, and American Express frameworks. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related experience, 13+ years of experience managing agile software engineering teams, expertise in full-stack development, and proven experience in building distributed applications.
