Responsibilities:

• Review engineering plans to ensure compliance with Canadian safety and building codes.
• Provide consulting for mechanical, electrical, and structural systems in various project types (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Analyze and document compliance gaps and offer remedial recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement best practices in code adherence.
• Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering.
• Mandatory Experience with Canadian codes and standards (e.g., CSA, NBC, NECB).
• Ability to review and assess engineering designs for code compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across time zones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
• Experience working on Canadian-based engineering projects.
• Prior consulting or remote work experience is a plus.
