It will be imperative to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental stewardship. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to cultivate a culture of learning and development within the team will also be part of your duties. You will engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels to relay project updates, gather feedback, and proactively address any concerns. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the Power/Energy industry and integrating best practices into project designs and execution will be essential. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
