Engineering assistant - Multi Skilled

• Complete thedaily tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager
• Daily inspection and rectification of all electrical equipmentsand areas.
• Assist theDuty Engineerwith the design of a preventative maintenance program
• Meet guests in case of any technical service needs and deliver to the satisfaction
• Respond to requests from departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day
• Do a lighting check to ensure all globes are in working order
• Investigate reported faults / damages on plumbing / civil/ Furnitures.
• Investigate reported faults for all electrical equipments
• Must prepare report as guided by engineer.
• Flexible in shift timing and ready to do for Multi skill tech role ( Plumbing /electrical/ HVAC/carpenter/ painting/ civil)
• Carry out any minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas
• Assist/support in other maintenance activities of the hotel
