Job Description

1) Recruitment, Selection & Induction:

  • Responsible for the overall Talent acquisition for Engineers / Sales.

  • Sourcing the candidates through various methods (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Employee referrals)

  • To take overall responsibility for recruitment activity to ensure availability of manpower as per business requirement.

  • To be involved in the selection and finalization of candidates. And take final HR interviews of shortlisted candidates and finalize the compensation.

  • To conduct exit interviews and analyze exit data for recommending changes.

  • Actively work on HR software

2) Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • To ensure on time release of monthly salary.

  • To study prevailing salary structure and propose changes to the management and implement salary structure.

  • To recommend benefit programs to management.

3) Employee Relations:

  • To recommend compensation to employees on extended leave due to accidents on site/ on duty.

  • To deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when it is required

  • To maintain and improve work culture.

  • To organize employee welfare activities

4) Performance Management for Unit:

  • To coordinate & implement a performance management system.

  • To implement & monitor Performance Reviews of trainee/probationers.

  • To develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

5) Overall HR Management:

  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • To support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decision; analyzing information and applications.

  • To update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.

6) JD And KRAS:

  • To Monitor and modify and change JD& KRA as per organization needs.

  • To focus on results rather than activities.

  • To prioritize employee activities and therefore improve their time/work management.

  • To identify roles and responsibility and reporting relationships of different positions.

7) Training and Development:

  • To identify training needs, prepare a training calendar, formulate and implement a training plan.

  • To execute training and development programs.

  • To coordinate goal setting and end-year performance review exercise

8) Administration:

  • To oversee administration related activities.
