Full-time, permanent Remote across India with up to 25 % travel for on-site bootcamps Work mix: 60 % training delivery, 20 % course/content development, 20 % client project coding Teach live-virtual, in-person, and hybrid courses covering C, C++, Java, and Python for corporate teams and open batches Build and maintain hands-on labs, slide decks, code samples, and auto-graded challenges Join client projects to develop or refactor backend components, write tests, and create real-world case studies for the classroom Collect learner feedback, refine curricula, and mentor junior trainers Work with sales/SME teams to scope new training engagements and custom programs 3 - 10 years software development with strong experience in C/C++ and Java plus solid Python At least 100 learner-hours of prior teaching, mentoring, or technical-training experience Good grasp of OOP, data structures, multithreading, Linux/cloud basics, Git, and CI/CD Clear spoken and written English; extra Indian languages are a plus Bonus: JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, experience setting up Docker or Jupyter-based labs, familiarity with LMS platforms
