Test solutions development in ETS / V93K tester platform for power products ( Point of Load, Power stages ) Job Description In your new role you will: Test solutions development in ETS / V93K tester platform for power products ( Point of Load, Power stages ) Test hardware development for engineering test hardware and production load boards, probe cards Work with design, product, application and test engineers on developing test solutions for automotive test coverage. Involve in new products Silicon bring up, yield debug,characterization, product qual activities and release design toproduction. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: B.Tech/M.Tech with electronics background. 1 to 3 years of experience in ATE testing in analog/mixed signal/powerproducts Preferred to have ETS800/ETS-364/ETS-88 test platform experience Good in C++ programming Strong in test engineering concepts and electronics fundamentals Knowledge in ATE test hardware development ( tester resourceassignments, schematic development ) Contact: Shavin.Shashidhar@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
