Engineer Technology - Aromatics & LAB

Role Overview: As a Chemical Engineer in this role, your responsibilities will include conducting plant performance monitoring with respect to throughput, yield, energy, catalyst chemical quality, and process reliability. You will support the CTS Manager for plant problem troubleshooting and performance improvement. Your tasks will involve collecting data, conducting relevant analyses, and executing corrective actions. Additionally, you will support project proposals for management approval, participate in root cause analysis, PHA, MOC/PIO review, prepare monthly technology reports, and master relevant modeling tools. It is crucial to learn preliminary economic evaluation, financial aspects of PIOs/New projects, and be thorough with the basic principles of chemical engineering. Moreover, you will conduct training in your field, participate in PSM activities, prepare data and trends for Tripod meetings monthly, provide inputs for production planning to Operations, analyze customer complaints within specified time frames, and work on improving APC Uptime and MVCPI. You will also update PT documentation as necessary, participate in the Technology Network, maintain a strong interface with the Technology COE, identify PIOs through the study of LFIs, advisory from licensors, benchmarking reports, and literature search, learn and perform process design calculations on MOCs, and understand and adopt RIL Design Engineering Practices. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an Institute of repute. Experience Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial experience with a good technical background and good communication skills.,
