Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting plant performance monitoring and supporting the CTS Manager in plant problem troubleshooting and performance improvement. Your role will involve collecting data, conducting analyses, executing corrective actions, and supporting project proposals for management approval. Additionally, you will participate in various activities such as Root Cause Analysis, PHA, MOC/PIO review, and prepare monthly technology reports. It will be essential for you to master relevant modelling tools and learn preliminary economic evaluation and financial aspects of projects. Your responsibilities will also include conducting training in your field, participating in PSM activities, providing inputs for production planning, analyzing customer complaints, improving APC uptime and MVCPI, updating PT documentation, participating in Technology Network, and maintaining a strong interface with the Technology COE.
