Engineer - Technical Sales

As a Quotation Specialist / Aftermarket Engineer at our company, your role will involve handling RFQs for Replacement Pumps and Spares for domestic and global customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Entering requests in CRM and ensuring reference pre-delivery checks are conducted. - Reviewing customer quotation requests from technical and commercial perspectives, as well as for testing and trade compliance requirements. - Initiating and overseeing the trade compliance process, ensuring all relevant documentation is obtained from customers per company guidelines. - Preparing offers according to pre-delivery requirements, including carrying out hydraulic selection for obsolete or modified products or different customer requirements. - Collaborating with AE for correct selection of pump unit and clarifying any deviations with customers. - Coordinating with Operations for potential delivery times and consulting Engineering / ETO for technical clarifications. - Creating quotations in SAP, initiating approval process in CRM, and sending offers to customers while addressing any queries and creating revisions when necessary. - Following up on offers in cooperation with distributors and field service, and ensuring smooth Order Transfer / Technical Handover to Customer Service. - Coordinating with internal and external interfaces to clarify technical and commercial issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical - 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Quotation Specialist / Aftermarket Engineer of industrial goods - Proficiency in reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting business and technical documents in English. - Proficient in MS Office - Knowledge of SAP / ERP and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a team, self-motivated, with good communication skills - Experience in Stakeholders Management Join our team and contribute to our company's success by utilizing your skills and expertise in handling RFQs and ensuring customer satisfaction.,
