Engineer Tech Operations

As a Technical Infrastructure Engineer at our company based in Gurugram, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing systems and applications, as well as responding to technical issues, performing troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure system reliability. Additionally, you will implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks, participate in capacity planning and system upgrades for infrastructure growth, and document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Supporting automation efforts and providing 24/7 on-call support to maintain critical system availability are also key responsibilities.
