Engineer Tech Operations

As a Technical Infrastructure Engineer in our company, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of the technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing systems and applications. Additionally, you will need to respond to technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams will be essential for ensuring system reliability. Automation scripts need to be implemented and maintained to streamline operational tasks. Capacity planning, system upgrades, and documentation of operational procedures are also key aspects of this role. Furthermore, supporting automation efforts and providing 24/7 on-call support for critical system availability will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.E degree in CS, IT, or ECE is preferable Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain technical infrastructure health and performance - Deploy, configure, and manage systems and applications - Respond to technical issues, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis - Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams - Implement and maintain automation scripts - Participate in capacity planning and system upgrades - Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps - Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical system availability Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure - Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash - Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure - Ability to use version control systems like Git - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Effective communication and teamwork abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly - Proactive mindset for continuous improvement - Analytical skills for solving complex problems effectively,
