The SB Author is accountable for the on time, on quality, on cost delivery of the Retrofit Solutions for a set of ATA and/or Products. As such she/he is accountable for:
Authoring the technical content of the Service Bulletin in SAMM DACAS tool
Performing the technical assessment prior the SB authoring
Securing and maintaining design authority technical and airworthiness delegations
SB technical validation steps & airworthiness
Approving Technically the Service Bulletin in line with her/his delegations
Ensuring customer onsite or remote advisory during SB embodiment
Ensuring the relevant level of knowledge is capitalized and shared appropriately
