Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team at Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and systems.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of new products and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in the development of technical documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
