Job summary: Suitable candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair and commissioning on various marine vessels during the shipbuilding process. This tole requires strong technical expertise in marine HVAC systems, exceptional leadershipskill and commitment to safety and quality in a dynamic shipyard environment. Need to lead a team of skilled HVAC technicians and ensuring projects are completed on schedule within the budget to highest industry and classification society standards. Key job responsibility: 1. Lead, mentor and motivate a team of HVAC technician and installers. 2. Allocate tasks, manage work schedules and ensure optimal resource utilization. 3. Provide technical guidance, support and on the job training to team members. 4. Condut performance evaluations and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
