Engineer /Sr. Engineer - Service Sales

Role Overview: As an Engineer/Sr. Engineer in Service Sales at GEA, you will join a global company that is a key supplier to the food and beverage processing industry and other process industries. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client visits for customer interaction, market assessment, and service product presentations - Sell GEA products, spare parts, and Plant SLA/AMCs by effectively communicating the customer support products and services - Negotiate offers, quotations, and contracts to provide the best value proposition to customers - Utilize sales tools and update the CRM system - Provide market feedback on competition trends - Analyze customer potential and needs to proactively generate business - Customize service solutions based on customer expectations - Review the technical condition of plants on-site and advise clients on technical systems - Offer technical and commercial support to customers - Calculate service and spare parts offers - Review order/offer proceedings and create offers, quotations, and contracts Qualifications Required: - Degree in process/mechanical engineering or equivalent - Strong service knowledge and skills - Proficiency in service tools and techniques - Good commercial acumen and process technology knowledge - Excellent English language skills - 5-7 years of experience in service and/or sales engineering - Exposure to Food & Dairy processing plants and Spray Dryers If you join GEA, you will become a part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.,
