Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst Manager - Quality (Foundry)

We required a Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst Manager - Quality (Foundry) for our company Meeta Castings Limited based in Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Qualification - Diploma / B. Tech (Mech)

Requirement -

• To handle Quality Issues i.e. identifying Non conformities, analyzing the data, carrying out Root Cause analysis, CAPA.
• Lead activities and output of Metallurgy Lab & Sand Testing Lab.
• To perform Product and Process audit independently.
• To handle customer complaints-Tracking, Records and closure.
• To evaluate method of inspection, use of instrument according to engineering drawing.
• To prepare PDI Report, Upload the same on Customer's Portal, Layout Inspection, Updating documents like Control Plan, FMEA.
• To manage and direct a team of skilled and technical person through sound personnel practices such as, regular performance appraisal.
• To identify training needs for his/ her team and mentoring them.

Experience - Minimum 2 Years required.
