Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle direct customer interactions and provide onsite support for HAT and Go-Live activities.
Understand customer use cases and translate them into effective, detailed test scenarios.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for various applications.
Implement automation strategies to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
Participate actively in Agile sprints, contributing from the design and planning phases onward.
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across all assigned tasks.
Support integration testing, UAT, and HAT execution to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
Contribute to in-house R&D activities and help drive innovation in testing processes.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Be flexible to work in shifts or odd hours as per customer requirements.
