Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and handle customer quality issues effectively.
Review and interpret product requirements and process knowledge to ensure compliance.
Apply problem-solving methodologies such as
8D
and
7QC tools
to address quality issues.
Work with
Core Tools
(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and ensure implementation as per standards.
Implement and maintain
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
.
Monitor and ensure
in-process quality
for production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Document and report quality performance metrics to management and customers.
Demonstrate effective
soft skills
for customer interaction, team coordination, and reporting.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
8D methodology, 7QC tools, Core Tools, and QMS
.
Hands-on experience in in-process quality management.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer quality expectations and provide timely resolutions.
Exposure to audits and compliance processes is an added advantage.
