Position: Engineer Sales Location: Hyderabad CTC: 4 to 5 LPA Qualification: BE Mechanical Experience: 2 to 4 years (HVAC industry preferred) Roles and Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities within the HVAC domain. Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions, primarily for AHUs and industrial cooling systems. Prepare and send quotations using the CRM system and maintain timely follow-ups. Negotiate terms and successfully close orders. Coordinate with the factory for order processing, ensuring clarity in requirements and timely dispatch. Maintain updated sales records and customer interactions in CRM for transparency and reporting. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in HVAC sales, especially in AHUs or industrial cooling products. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Experience with CRM tools for quotation and sales tracking. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow up diligently. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
