Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our products and systems at client locations, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols
Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions
Deliver comprehensive technical training to clients on product operation, maintenance best practices, and safety procedures
Maintain detailed records of service interventions, including site visit reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, utilizing relevant CRM or service management tools
Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Noida region, acting as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
