Engineer - Safety

As a GET/Engineer-Safety at the leading MEP industrial project based company in Chennai, you will be responsible for ensuring safety protocols and procedures are implemented effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards - Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures - Providing safety training to employees and promoting a safety-conscious work environment - Investigating accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent future incidents Qualifications required for this role include: - 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of safety regulations and standards - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in safety management would be an advantage The company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
