Engineer - Robotics

As a Robotics Engineer (Hardware Verification), your responsibilities will include understanding product requirements and developing verification test cases for hardware, firmware, and middleware modules. You will be responsible for executing functional tests, performance tests, reliability tests, and regression tests for the module under test. It will be your duty to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test results with traceability to updates and changes. Additionally, you will analyze test data, identify performance trends, and recommend areas for improvement. In case of hardware issues, you will be required to debug using physical observations and log analysis, and provide support to on-site remote hardware support teams. Furthermore, you will participate in root cause analysis and collaborate closely with developers for issue resolution. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical engineering from a reputable institute. You should have 2-4 years of work experience in electro-mechanical product verification and testing, along with strong debugging skills for electro-mechanical modules and systems. Experience with hardware log analysis, Linux, and python-based modules is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent documentation skills and effective communication abilities. You should demonstrate capacity for learning and adapting to new technologies. Any experience with systems involving hardware-software integration or the mobile robotics industry will be considered an added advantage.,
