Engineer – RMZ

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering OR Ex-BSP Executive from Instrumentation Department Experience: Minimum 5 years in a process industry Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of any two DCS/PLC systems such as Emerson Ovation, Rockwell, GE, Yokogawa, Siemens, Emerson, Schneider , etc. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Engineer – RMZ to handle instrumentation-related responsibilities in the Raw Material Zone of a large industrial setup. The role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, and effective maintenance of control systems and field instruments to support uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities: Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems in the Raw Material Zone. Ensure optimal performance of DCS/PLC systems and field instrumentation. Calibrate, test, and configure transmitters, analyzers, and control valves. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for control systems and field devices. Support installation and commissioning of instrumentation systems in RMZ. Coordinate with operations, electrical, and mechanical teams for cross-functional support. Maintain technical documentation, calibration records, and maintenance logs.
