Engineer-Quality Assurance

Job Description:

Qualification : DME/BE Mech

Prepare, Implement, maintain, and improve the IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 QMS documents

 Prepare & Maintain Documents such as Quality Manual, Procedures, SOP's, Process Measures & etc.

 Strong Knowledge on AIAG Core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA & CP) & Problem solving techniques.

 Coordinate and manage external audits (IATF / ISO / Customer audits).

 Develop and manage Supplier Quality requirements such as Supplier Potential / Process audits, Supplier performance rating (PPM, OTD, complaints)

 Support APQP / PPAP activities with suppliers for new and existing components

 Conduct Internal audits, Layered process audits (LPA )& Process audits

 Monitor and report QMS performance indicators (KPIs) & Drive for Continual Improvements  Knowledge of stainless steel grades (SS304, SS316, SS321, etc.)

 Basic welding & welding related Inspections  VDA 6.3 Internal auditor or experience

Min 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Automotive Industry as QMS Engineer (Tier 1 preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
