Engineer - Projects and field support

As an Engineer - Projects and Field Support at 75F, your role involves managing projects from start to finish, including vendor finalization, timely installations, and communication with customers and OEM partners. You will be required to travel extensively across Hyderabad and the southern region. Your responsibilities also include developing new installation partners, setting up customer support systems, and establishing tech support infrastructure for both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with project engineers to propose and implement HVAC technology solutions to improve efficiency. Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: - Complete projects end-to-end, from vendor selection to installation and coordination. - Travel extensively within Hyderabad and the southern region. - Identify and onboard new partners for installation and commissioning. - Establish customer support systems for pre-sales and post-sales activities. - Collaborate with project engineers to propose and implement HVAC technology solutions. - Maintain and improve customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech/MS/MTech from a reputed university. - 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry. - Experience in people and P&L responsibilities. - Familiarity with industry-standard CRM systems or equivalents.
