Engineer - Product Safety

As an Engineer - Product Safety at Schindler, your main responsibility will be to examine the quality of elevators and escalators post installation to ensure that they meet the set quality standards. Additionally, you will be conducting timely audits for elevators and escalators under the active portfolio of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interaction and co-ordination with the Installation personnel for conducting SAIS test for certification of elevators. This test is essential to certify that the elevators meet Schindler Acceptance Inspection Standards post installation and commissioning. - Interaction and co-ordination with the maintenance team for conducting CPSI test for certification of elevators. The CPSI test is a process to standardize, consolidate, and document safety inspection requirements and practices for all Schindler elevators after every 5 years of operation. - Ensuring and reporting all non-conformities found during SAIS and CPSI tests before closing the certification of the elevator.
