Job Description

Design, develop, and test on different sections of a drive like switch-mode power supplies, inverters, gate drives, rectifiers, DC link, and related systems.
Work across the full development cycle from schematics to ECAD, lab testing, and production handover.
Support cost estimation, FMEA, and other development processes.
Simulation activity includes both circuit and physics-based simulation.
Contribute to EMC evaluations and compliance efforts (expert-level experience not required).

What Were Looking For

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Power Electronics and Drives or a related field, with 3-5 years of professional experience.
Experience with switch-mode power supplies, inverters, DC link, and gate drive circuitry is preferred.
Hands-on experience in simulation tools like MATLAB, pSPICE, PSIM, Ansys, etc are added advantages.
Familiarity with EMC principles and testing is a plus.
Ability to take designs from concept to production, including schematic capture and layout.
