Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize production and operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.
Implement
Lean Manufacturing
principles such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Just-In-Time (JIT).
Drive
Six Sigma
improvement projects (DMAIC methodology) to reduce process variation and defects.
Use
7 QC Tools
(e.g., Pareto charts, control charts, fishbone diagrams) to identify root causes of quality issues.
Lead or support
continuous improvement (CI)
initiatives and cross-functional Kaizen events.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop actionable insights and performance metrics (OEE, takt time, etc.).
Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams to standardize best practices.
Document process changes, SOPs, and train staff on new procedures and improvements.
