1. New Product Introduction (NPI) Management: Lead and coordinate the introduction of new electronic assemblies and products into manufacturing.
2. Process Development & Validation: Define and document production processes, work instructions, and process flow for new products.
3. Production Readiness & Launch: Prepare process documentation, process parameters, and assembly instructions for pilot and full scale builds.
4. BOM & Documentation Management: Validate and format Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensure alignment with ERP/MRP systems.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve product manufacturability and reduce costs.
