Job Description

Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

Conduct feasibility analysis and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review.

Coordinate with the design team for mould design and tool development.

Prepare and monitor project timelines, APQP documents, and PPAP submissions.

Plan and conduct mould trials, evaluate part dimensions, and support tool corrections.

Liaise with customers for approvals, change management, and engineering reviews.

Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for smooth project execution.

Support cost estimation and BOM preparation for new components.

Maintain project documentation, design history, and ECN records.

Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects.

Required Skills:

Excellent project coordination and customer communication skills.

Ability to analyze mould trial reports and identify corrective actions

Hands-on experience in

APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFM, and GDT

Strong knowledge of

injection moulding process and tooling

Exposure to

automotive/aerospace component development

(preferred).
