Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to meet operational goals.
Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
Schedule shifts and allocate tasks based on workload and priorities.
Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incidents.
Compiled with MES regarding data entry and data reporting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in molding & casting process development or similar field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Ceramics, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
MES/SAP understanding
Practical experience about ISO Standards.
Proficiency in MS excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
Strong understanding of moulds, mixers, press machines, and other equipment used in the industry.
