1.Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical breakdowns of HMC machines with
Sinumeric 840D system ( Starrag Heckert, Juaristi, Wotan machines, etc.), VTL,
Radial Drilling machines, assembly equipments like induction heaters, Cranes, etc.
2.Knowledge of PLC controlled machines with Siemens PLCs, etc.
3.Knowledge of maintenance & troubleshooting of machines & Cranes with Siemens & ABB drives, etc..
4. Knowledge of VTL, Gleason Pfauter Hobbing machines & Flank Grinding machines
5.Efficient in analysis of machine breakdowns and implementation of corrective actions.
6.Efficient in working with computers and maintenance management system data.
7.Should have experience of working in gear box test benches.
8.Should have knowledge of various machine UPS systems and their functioning.
9.Responsible for safety of team members & others impacted by any maintenance activity.
10. Awareness in zero harm culture.
11.Should be conversant with electrical LOTO.
