Engineer - Life Cycle Support Qualification : Bachelor s degree in mechanical or Instrumentation Experience : 2-5 Years Preferred Candidate s Location : Mumbai (Mumbai/Thane/Dombivli/Kalyan) Job Profile : Maintain accurate documentation of service transactions and customer interactions. Resolve customer complaints regarding after-sales service issues. Provide technical assistance and support to customers. Coordinate service requests and manage service delivery timelines. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
