Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals. Coordinate with various departments (Purchase, QC) for smooth operations. Ensure efficient use of resources through effective planning and control. Implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline. Strong understanding of assembly planning, fabrication techniques (welding), rejection control, heavy fabrication, pressurized systems (pressure regulating system). Proficiency in implementing 5S system, WPS (Workplace Safety Program), PQR (Production Quality Review).
