Engineer - LabVIEW

Job Objective

• Develop and integrate machine vision algorithms using NI Vision Development Module.
• Implement communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, Serial, OPC, or Ethernet/IP, Database Connectivity.
• Design user interfaces (UI/UX) for real-time monitoring, control, and data visualization.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing LabVIEW applications for improved reliability and performance.
• Prepare documentation including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in automated systems and in Pharmaceutical.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML.
• Knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL.
• 21CFR Part11 compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, program, and maintain LabVIEW-based applications for machine vision inspection and process automation systems.
• Develop and optimize image acquisition, processing, and analysis algorithms using NI Vision Development Module.
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and quality teams for system integration, validation, and production deployment.
• Support installation, calibration, and troubleshooting at customer sites, including FAT/SAT activities and user training.
• Analyze inspection data and system performance to suggest improvements in algorithms, hardware selection, and overall system efficiency. Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
