Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Engineer II in Implementation Development, you will be instrumental in the deployment and integration of software solutions that meet our organizational needs. This role demands a strong technical background, problem-solving skills. You will optimize implementation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and customize software solutions to meet specific business needs. Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

Implementation and Integration: Manage the deployment of software solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes. Coordinate with IT and operational teams to execute implementation plans and timelines.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support during and after implementation, addressing any issues that arise. Troubleshoot software problems and work with development teams to resolve them efficiently.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and implementation workflows. Document issues and solutions to enhance future implementation processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and project status.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in software implementation, development, or a related field.

Proven experience with software development methodologies and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages Java, Spring, Spring Boot and web technologies (e.g., angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data integration techniques.
