Job Description

In depth knowledge of DFT concepts including DFT(scan/mbist) insertion
ATPG pattern generation/verification, mbist verification Familiarity with IEEE 1149, 1500, 1687 standards
Perform ATPG on the chip top level and capable of debugging any implementation issues
Perform timing and no-timing simulation and validations
Perform verification and validation on the generated patterns and debug any pattern mismatches
Knowledge on the scripting language like TCL, Python and /or Perl is preferred

Requirements/Qualifications:

M.Tech/M.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 0 to 2 years of experience and hands-on in DFT
Good knowledge on Digital Electronics and CMOS Technologies
Good Problem solving skills
Ability to work both collaboratively on a team and independently
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
Good communication skills with professional ethics
