Engineer I-ETO

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Execute Engineer to Order Production Orders. Review Customer specifications / inputs and identify scope. Create wiring, schematic, and general arrangement drawings in accordance with the project specification and engineering Guidelines. Creating the manufacturing designs and the bill of materials in ERP. Participate in the handover meeting and discuss with sales and project management team on the project requirements and any deviations. Updating the metrics and weekly report. Organize documents using Team Center / Enovia. Investigate and resolve operational problems from an engineering perspective. Responsible for achieving Quality OTD commitments. For This Role, You Will Need: Good knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Fluid flow systems. Proficient in 3D modeling, Assembly, Tubing and 2D drafting standards in Solid Edge. Hands-on experience on Engineering Calculations to verify the design. Good Engineering knowledge required to apply concepts in Valve operating system Engineering. Good In planning, collaborating with cross functional team. Good application Knowledge of GDT and Tolerance stack-up. Good understanding of engineering materials, castings, weld design, fabrication, Sheetmetal and standard manufacturing processes. Good working knowledge of ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API, ISO other standards related to Oil and Gas industry. Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective and innovative solutions. Fluent with Microsoft Office Tools. Excellent analytical skills and results oriented. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, industrial equipment. (Actuators, valves, gearboxes, boilers, other pressure equipment or special purpose machine). Proficiency in CAD Tools Solid Edge, Creo Experience in PLM / ERP Software (Enovia, Team Centre, Oracle) Our Culture Commitment to You . .
