Job Summary(For our South India Projects)

We are seeking experienced and motivated Engineers for Fishing Harbour, Jetty and Marine Works to support the planning, execution, and supervision of marine infrastructure projects. The role involves site engineering, coordination with stakeholders, quality control, and ensuring safe and timely delivery of jetty, piling, and related marine structures.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and execute Fishing Harbour, jetty, break water, DIAPHARM Wall, coffer dam and marine piling works
• Interpret and implement approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with surveyors, subcontractors, divers, barge operators, and equipment teams
• Monitor piling operations (bored/driven piles), deck casting, precast installation, and marine concreting
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requisitions
• Assist in planning marine equipment deployment (barges, cranes, pontoons, tugboats)
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quantity verification
• Support testing and commissioning activities where applicable
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and port authorities as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Experience in jetty, marine, or coastal infrastructure projects

(experience level adjustable for Junior / Senior roles)

• Strong knowledge of: - Marine piling and substructure work - Concrete works in tidal/marine environments - Use of marine construction equipment
• Familiar with IS/BS/ASTM standards related to marine works (preferred)
• Ability to read and understand marine drawings and execute as per construction methodology
