Expin Java, Go, and AWS as primary skill sets for the following roles:
Backend Developer / Engineer
Software Engineer (Backend)
Systems Engineer
Client needs the people with the Golang proficiency with knowledge of JAVA, AWS, or Java proficiency with Golang, AWS knowledge.
Candidate with exp 5-7 yrs should be good. Client is preferring the candidates having knowledge on both Golang and Java.
AWS knowledge (SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) is required. Monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic knowledge and CI/CD exposure is preferred.
Candidate with experience of 5-7 experience and worked on multiple projects should have exposure to most of the things mentioned.
For interviews, let's go with Shweta, Amit, Kavi for Java and Golang as they are also trained recently. We can pair them with Karthik and Pradeep for Golang evaluation.
