Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical/ Production/Industrial/Metallurgy Engineering
Experience: 0 to 2.5 Years of relevant experience
MS. Office, Outlook and familiarity with SAP systems PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

Distribution of manpower on m/c as per planning given by manager.
Execution of planning of machines.
Ensure working on all machines must go on as per work instructions.
Ensure dimensions and surface quality of tubes must be within tolerance on each station.
Ensure correct reporting and booking of production and breakdown figures in D, P.R on all stations.
To minimize rejection and keep within set limit.
Ensure discipline, housekeeping and m/c cleaning in finishing area.
Ensure use of PPES by all employees in respective area.
Ensure rejection after must place in respective bins or in rejection area with proper colour code.
Ensure route card of each bundle after processing on m/c must be filled and signed by respective m/c operator.
Trouble shooting of production and quality related problem of machines.
Ensure achieving of shift production targets on each and every m/c.
Ensure proper and optimum use of consumables on all m/cs.
To co-ordinate with concerned department and maintenance departments.
To handover all working to next shift engineer with all relevant instructions.
