Engineer - Field IT Support

As a Field IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a range of information technology support services, such as connectivity, hardware/software support, and resolving Field IT incidents and service requests. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting and delivering Enterprise and Business Unit projects and initiatives. - Conduct hardware installations and offer continuous support for various devices like PCs, tablets, printers, and specialized devices. - Provide software support and local infrastructure service support including servers, network, and VOIP systems. - Aid in identifying and capturing project demand for both planned and unplanned Enterprise and Business Unit projects. - Offer virtual Tech Hut services within the region. - Manage PC lifecycle and perform necessary asset management tasks as per Corporate IT requirements. - Provide onsite Smart Hands support and act as a liaison with both internal Johnson Controls Support teams and external 3rd parties. - Assist in Identity and Access Management requests, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access validation, and troubleshooting. - Ensure local IT security compliance by setting up, maintaining, and monitoring communication rooms as necessary. - Support compliance teams during audit tasks. - Provide support for satellite offices and be willing to travel for field visits when required. - Assist in IT procurement processes as needed. - Act as the escalation point for IT-related issues within the region, particularly for internal customers facing problems with IT systems, software, and hardware. - Maintain a strong relationship with Corporate IT and deliver Field IT Services in line with SLTs using Johnson Controls Service Management toolset. - Communicate effectively with customers and provide regular updates on service delivery. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Corporate IT environment. - Associate's degree or equivalent experience in an IT Support role.,
