Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Engineer/Executive to join our Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) team. This role demands technical competence, team leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence in maintaining laboratory and utility equipment.

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation and upkeep of a companys facilities and equipment with enhancing processes and systems.
Plan and implement predictive, preventive, and scheduled maintenance to enhance equipment uptime and reliability
Ensure seamless functioning of lab equipment, instruments, machines, HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, and electrical infrastructure
Oversee installation, training, and maintenance of both lab and utility equipment
Manage new projects including project design, URS preparation, and vendor identification
Troubleshoot breakdowns effectively using root cause analysis and corrective measures
Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and ensure equipment efficiency
Document and report maintenance records in line with SOPs to support decision-making
Provide training to lab staff on maintenance protocols, safety practices, and documentation
Reduce maintenance costs by improving preventive maintenance practices and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Ensure timely and proper documentation of all preventive maintenance activities for lab equipment, utilities, and HVAC systems
