Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Manage and process customer orders in ERP, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
Analyze customer inquiries and ensure availability of manufacturing criteria and checklists.
Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for order management.
Ensure 100% adherence to order fulfillment and dispatch schedules.
