What a typical day looks like:
- Understand the daily / weekly / monthly production targets
- Should have the ability to Diagnose and debug the Products
- Should have experience and knowledge of reworking digital electronics, and / or RF electronics, and / or analogue electronics, as applicable for the required products.
- Should be able to propose out of the box solutions for improvement in repair efficiency.
- Should have capability to use tools & measuring instruments like soldering iron, oscilloscope, multi- meters, spectrum analyzer, radio analyzers, etc.
- Should have sound awareness about ESD and safety precautions.
- Should be aware of 5S and GMP practices.
The experience we re looking to add to our team
- Typically requires a bachelor s degree/Diploma in Electronics and communication with 4+ years experience in EMS, Engineering repair operations.
- Experience in Mobile/ network /PCB Repair and Debugging
- Knowledge and experience on MS office tools.
- Excellent communication skills/Interpersonal skills.
- Team player, open to learn and knowledge transfer.
