Job Description

As a qualified candidate for this position, you will be responsible for responding to emergency service calls, diagnosing and repairing systems as necessary. You will also make recommendations for scheduled component upgrades and equipment/parts replacement when needed. Quality control and site inspections will be part of your regular duties, along with providing 24X7 service response and being available for "On Call" service as required. Troubleshooting problems, offering proper diagnostics, and suggesting solutions (including spare parts or repairs) are essential aspects of the role. In addition, you will be expected to establish, promote, and maintain excellent customer relations. Continuous self-training on new products and participating in scheduled refresher training sessions will also be crucial to staying up-to-date in the field. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in E&C/Power/Electrical.,
